Scott,

I think you'll find that these symptoms occur for any browser that you've set by selecting the "Other" option from the Internet browser field on your location document. It doesn't work properly if the browser is already running in the background.

It even happens with IE, if you've set IE in this way, rather than just picking it directly from the Internet browser drop-down field.

I'd be interested in what Chris has to say about that one!
